Boston Public Schools uses your home address to generate a personalized list of schools your family may apply to. If Haley Pilot School does not appear on your eligible list, you are not eligible to apply.
Applications cannot be processed without the required documentation.
Bring ALL of the following:
Child’s original birth certificate, I-94 form, or passport
Child’s up-to-date immunization record
Parent or guardian photo ID
Bring TWO proofs of residency (from different categories):
Utility bill dated within the past 60 days
Mortgage statement or property tax bill
Bank or credit card statement dated within 60 days
W2 form or payroll stub
Letter from an approved government agency
